By accessing or using Asta Mart ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Asta Mart is a classified ads platform and discovery tool. We do not own the accounts listed, nor do we directly process payments. We act strictly as a bridge connecting buyers and sellers.

• Any transaction negotiated through Asta Mart is solely between the buyer and seller
• We facilitate communication only; we do not participate in account transfers
• We are not liable for transaction disputes, scams, or fraudulent activities between parties
• We do not guarantee account safety, ranking permanence, or skins availability after purchase

⚠️ All account transactions are at your own risk. Always verify account details and use secure payment methods.

Users of Asta Mart agree NOT to:

• ✗ List stolen, hacked, or fraudulently obtained accounts
• ✗ Use the platform to scam, defraud, or mislead other users
• ✗ Post false or misleading information about account ranks, skins, or email access
• ✗ Attempt to bypass our authentication systems or database security
• ✗ Use automated tools or bots to scrape listings or data
• ✗ Harass, threaten, or abuse other users on the platform
• ✗ Attempt to manipulate search rankings or artificially boost listings
• ✗ Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the platform, including hardware ID and IP address bans, without warning or refund.

IMPORTANT: Asta Mart is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. Valorant is a registered trademark of Riot Games, Inc.

Account Transfer Risk: Buying and selling Valorant accounts violates Riot Games' Terms of Service. Users acknowledge that:

• ⚠️ Purchased accounts may be suspended, banned, or locked by Riot Games
• ⚠️ Email recovery or account recovery requests may result in permanent bans
• ⚠️ Riot Games may revoke access without notice or compensation
• ⚠️ Asta Mart is NOT liable for account bans, suspensions, or locks
• ⚠️ No refunds will be issued for banned or locked accounts

By using Asta Mart, you assume all legal and account risks associated with purchasing accounts from third parties.

All listings must be:

• Accurate and complete with truthful account information
• Free from hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
• Not containing third-party intellectual property without permission
• Compliant with all applicable laws and regulations

Asta Mart reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these policies without notice or compensation to the seller.

When communicating with other users through Asta Mart:

• Maintain a professional and respectful tone
• Do not solicit personal information beyond what's necessary
• Do not share passwords, OTP, or sensitive account details on the platform
• Use off-platform communication (Discord, WhatsApp) for direct account transfers
• Report suspicious or abusive behavior to our support team immediately

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not sharing your login information with unauthorized parties
• Verifying the legitimacy of buyers/sellers before transactions
• Using secure payment methods and avoiding cash transfers
• Taking a video call or screenshot proof of ownership before paying

Asta Mart is not liable for:

• Phishing attacks or compromised accounts
• Account theft or unauthorized access after purchase
• Payment fraud or chargeback disputes
• Lost or stolen credentials

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTA MART AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

In no event shall Asta Mart's total liability exceed the amount you paid for a specific transaction (if any).

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers:

• Asta Mart may mediate but is not obligated to intervene
• Disputes are resolved at the sole discretion of Asta Mart management
• If mediation fails, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or legal proceedings
• Users agree to arbitration as the primary dispute resolution method

Asta Mart may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Suspected scamming or account theft
• Repeated policy violations
• For any reason, with or without notice

Upon termination, your access to all listings and account features will be revoked immediately. No refunds will be issued.

Asta Mart reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time
• Change features, pricing, or terms without notice
• Remove listings or restrict user access as deemed necessary

We are not liable for any service interruptions or changes.
